The time you spent on your first visit to our home to provide us with an estimate and
to explain in detail the work that would be completed was truely appreciated. We were given a great understanding of the services we would receive and the quality of
products that would be used.

The DeFrancesco roofing crew should be commended. They were always professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. At the end of each work day, we were amazed by the amount of work they had completed and how they left the area around our home completely free of any type of roof debris. Their attention to detail is incredible.

We also have to thank you for suggesting the Aged Redwood shingles. They add a beautiful touch to our home. We never realized how a different color roof shingle could make such a wonderful difference.

I wanted to thank you and your crew for an absolutely great job on the roof of our 150 year old colonial in East Derry. You guys exceeded my expectations and am very fortunate to have contracted with such a professional company.

Our old roof was very worn, probably close to 25-30 years old, with many shingles
falling apart. It leaked from all the flashing points of the chimneys and had no proper ventilation. Along with the roofing shingles, we knew we needed to have the roof sheathed with plywood and all the lead flashing replaced.

We got quotes from five contractors, including one which did my barn roof about
seven years ago. Besides you, none made me confident in their quote. Many used subcontractors, some mentioned possible additional charges and two wanted a significant portion of their quote paid before they started. In this economy, I didn't
want to take any chances. I felt that the others had the possibility not being able to complete the job or have some issue that would cost me more upon completion. You
on the other hand had everything in order, including up to date copies of your liability and workman's compensation insurance policies. You took no short cuts in the
materials used in my job; top quality shingles, real plywood and galvanized nails.

After presenting your quote, you noticed that the cupolas on our barn were in bad
shape and you offered to replace them as part of the quote for no additional fee if I provided new ones. Would have been nice if the guys that did my barn years earlier noticed that they were not going to last, but they turned a blind eye until the job was done.

It took your crew of six to eight men over four full days, with the temperatures about
95 degrees, to complete the job. The quality is exceptional. The sheathing, protective layer, shingles and flashing were installed very well. When it became clear that a ridge vent would not be able to be used due to the post and beam framing of my home, you installed roof vents and a couple of power blowers at cost.

There were no surprises with you and your crew. They did a great job and cleaned up after every day.

impressed by how quickly the roof was completed and the cost was very reasonable as well. Your team was still working well after 5pm when I came home from work and

When my family needed to replace our old roof, we shared similar concerns as others who have gone through the process of finding a good and reliable contractor.

We worried if our final cost would overrun our roofing estimate, the length of time needed to complete our job, and what kind of people would actually be doing the work.
I am happy to say that our worries were completely unfounded.

The crew that removed our old roof and installed the new one was very professional, hardworking, well coordinated and extremely polite. From start to completion, our roof only took two days to install. They did a very thorough job cleaning up debris at the
end of each work day. They paid attention to details and did a comprehensive, high quality job installing a new roof and 6 new skylights, new soffits and resealing the
area around our chimney.

We were pleased that our cost estimate was so detailed and accurate. There were no surprises when we paid them at the completion of our job. We really appreciated the time they took to answer questions and explain the complete process beforehand.

Dear Steve,

Thank you for a job well done and in record time. When Fred and I met with you we were very comfortable with the explanations you gave for the problems we were
dealing with and the solutions you suggested. We were confident in your knowledge
and were pleased with the way you presented yourself and your company. We had 6 estimates and your price was very fair and you were far more thorough than the
others. Most importantly you were the best informed and experienced.

In addition, your crew deserves the highest praise. They conducted themselves in a professional manner throughout the entire process. They worked in 90+ degree
weather and never wasted a minute. The roof looks very nice, the shingles are
uniform in position, there are no ripples or anything other than perfection. The work they did is exceptional. They cleaned up each day and that also was done thoroughly.
 (I still can not believe they were here only 2 days considering that they had to strip
the sheathing.) Regarding the energy saving shingles, I can attest that they do make
a difference. With my old roof, as soon as you put your head into the attic on a hot day there was no air at all. You could not breathe. With this new roof I can go into the attic on a 90 degree day and stand up and you could remain there if you wanted to.

After the completion of the roof and how satisfied we were with the overall job I am happy that we had your company replace the 2 sections of siding that had been damaged for years. That was done so perfectly that you can not tell where the pieces had been replaced. Also, the door that you reframed looks like it was the original.

I have recommended your company to a few people and will be happy to continue. You deserve the business and those who choose your company will be happy they did. I can’t thank you enough. I hate winter, but at least this year I won’t have to worry
about it.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the excellent job your company did
on our roof. I must say I was impressed from the beginning.

You made it easy to select your organization by providing the most professional and comprehensive estimate package of any of the other four vendors we interviewed.
And by the way you were substantially cheaper.

Your crew followed up the estimate by performing everything you said they would do
in the most difficult conditions. I just couldn’t imagine anyone working on a roof in the summer heat of July 2010, but they did.

They were careful of our plants and the things on our deck, they cleaned everything
up, and the work was superb. On top of everything else they were a pleasure to have around. For the time they were here, I felt like I made new friends.

We called you based on a neighbor’s recommendation, and I must admit I thought he was exaggerating. Not so, you exceeded every one of my expectations. It is good to know that in this day of hurry up and make money there are still trustworthy people.
