"I was already in the market for a new roof for our home and I happened to notice that my neighbor was having their roof replaced. I stopped by while the workers were there and had an easy-going conversation with the supervisor. The supervisor handed me their card and told me to give Scott a call and Scott would come out and price out the job. I gave Scott a call in September, and he came right out, took a look, and offered a straightforward pricing proposal that was right in my budget. Other roofers that I had looked at were charging outrageous prices for the job, so DeFrancesco was a really welcome change of pace. Fast forward 6 - 7 months (Spring 2022), and I called to get everything rolling. Beverly got me scheduled and told me when the crew would arrive. The supervisor arrived right at 7am, as Beverly had said, and the dumpster at 7:30am, the workers by 8/8:15am and they were tearing off shingles by 8:30/8:45am. It was a solid day of working and the wind was blowing pretty hard, so I give this crew major respect for working as hard as they do despite the conditions. The roof looks great."
