THEY ARE THE BEST. A couple of weeks ago, I had a lot of water coming into my garage. My first reaction was it has to be the roof, but upon investigation, it was determined that it was coming from a window. Scott and another employee came over within days and sealed the window under the siding. I am very grateful for their quick response especially since we have a hurricane on the horizon. I recommend them highly.

Made the right contractor choice
We were recently in the market for a new roof and since this was a big expense, it took us awhile to choose the right contractor to do the work. Scott at DeFrancesco came by and sat with us explaining the materials they used, showing us color samples, and offering suggestions as to which color would look good on our house. He suggested that we come down to the office and pick up some samples to bring home to help with our decision. After choosing a few colors we called the office to ask if there were any houses around we could swing by and look at and Beverly provided us with a few addresses. This helped a great deal with our decision. This kind of service made us feel we made the right contractor choice.

A great job replacing our roof
The DeFrancisco team did a great job replacing our roof. While we weren’t thrilled with the idea of needing to replace it (20 years old with contractor grade shingles), we are delighted with the color/look. The complete roof system, as explained by Steve, is compelling. After online research I realize the team/company is as important as the product selected. The crew was hard-working and paid close attention to the details. Overall - a very good experience.
Quite happy with our new roof
We are quite happy with our new roof and the service provided by your company. In spite of the coldest day of the season , your workers striped our roof down to the underlay. replaced the plywood that had deteriorated, installed the new flashing and ice shields and installed all the new shingles with the ridge vent all in one day. With the days being shorter this time of year I'm sure it couldn't have been easy. We'd recommend you fine company to anyone.

Unbelievably good workers
Well we finally had the roof reshingled, cannot tell you how pleased we are with the work that was done. The gentlemen worked diligently, and hustled. They only took 1/2 lunch break. But most pleasing was the way they cleaned up after themselves. Unbelievably good workers. thank you. now if the roof lasts 50 years that will be a major plus. thank you.
